Planet Of The P is a trading group created to serve as an archival service for all music fans. We will not reanimate commercially available material of any type. No monies will be accepted except those to cover the cost of the disk where stated.
The following guidelines are those, which Planet Of The P will operate for the foreseeable future. These guidelines are founded in fluidic relativity and so can and will change as deemed nessesary.
DVD Readiness. The first step in getting a Planet Of The P DVD is to check to see if your DVD player will accept this type of media. Not all players are created equal. All Planet Of The P DVD’s are created on general-purpose 4.7 Gig DVD-R media. Check http://www.vcdhelp.com for compatibility status. If your player is not listed, there check with your manufacture before continuing.
Prepare The P..After you determine if your player will work, next get your media (VHS) together.Planet Of The P scientists use the very latest in digital technology, but do not offer video enhancement at this time. Bottom line, if you give us crap you’ll get crap back. Make sure the video is of the best quality possible. At this time we will do a maximum of three shows per request (these shows can be of any length). Video length is not an issue and up to 6 hours will fit on a DVD.
Cost. Each DVD-R disc only cost $3.00 (Maxell/TDK). Shipping and handling $4.95(up to 3 DVD disc). All requests must be agreed upon prior to reanimation so there is no confusion or misunderstanding. Priority Mail is the prefaced method of shipment. The method you decide to use is entirely up to you. You will receive a communiqué via email upon receipt of your VHS.
Planet Of The P will not accept nor reanimate any commercially available material! If you are not sure, check with our research division.
Shipping. Once the DVD passes quality control you will receive the DVD(s) along with your original VHS tapes.
